Darcon Group was established to bring a more informed, transparent and commercially aware approach to recruitment across construction, engineering and infrastructure.
Our experience combines more than 22 years working directly within construction with specialist recruitment across major projects and technically demanding environments.

Darcon Group has its foundations in more than two decades of hands-on construction experience, working across civil engineering, tunnelling, reinforced concrete and major infrastructure.
That experience later moved into specialist construction recruitment, working with contractors and professionals involved in some of the UK and Europe's most demanding projects.
Darcon brings those two sides of the industry together. We understand what it means to deliver the work, and we understand what it takes to find the people capable of delivering it.
